We designed FieldWorker to suit the budgets and needs of agencies of all sizes. That’s why each of our plans is priced based on the number of employees you have. Our plans are based on the number of users who’ll need access, so you’ll need an idea of how many members of your team you’ll need to invite to FieldWorker. If you’re still unsure which plan to choose, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to advise you!

Yes! Access to our online documentation is included as standard. Depending on your plan, you’ll also receive dedicated support via email, telephone, and live chat. At any stage, however, if you have questions or feedback for us, reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to assist you!

We use a payment provider called Chargebee to manage payments and subscriptions.Once you have started your subscription, you’ll receive an email with an invoice, and you’ll be invited to enter your payment details. You’ll then receive a confirmation email when your first payment has been received and your FieldWorker subscription is active.

Simply reach out to your dedicated user support specialist to discuss your needs, and they’ll help find the best pricing plan for your growing agency and assist you in changing plans.

Our plans are typically charged on a monthly basis, however, if you would prefer to pay yearly, you are able to do so. Simply get in touch with us to let us know your preferences and we’ll update your subscription accordingly!

Your free trial will last for 14 days. After this, we’ll ask you to provide your card details in order to continue using FieldWorker. We’ll base the monthly price of your subscription based on your prior usage and the number of employees you invite to use FieldWorker. However, if you have other needs, get in touch with us to let us know exactly what they are and we’ll help put together a plan to address these.

Yes, your plan will automatically renew, and you’ll be notified prior to your payment being automatically taken. In case you would like to end your subscription, please reach out to your dedicated user support specialist and they’ll take care of this for you.

Yes! At the beginning of your subscription and for each subsequent payment, you’ll be emailed an invoice via Chargebee, our payment provider. You’ll also receive this for each recurrent payment in addition to being notified of when a payment will be automatically collected. These are attached as PDFs to the emails, ready for you to download.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, reach out to your dedicated user support specialist and they’ll take care of this for you. Of course, if you have any feedback at all on how we could improve FieldWorker, reach out to us any time!
