We sat down with them to learn a little more about the work they do at FieldWorker and what drives them…
Could you briefly introduce yourself and tell me about why and how you came to work at FieldWorker?

I completed my master’s in information systems from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken and was hired as a project Implementation Specialist at Fieldworker.
While I was job hunting, my main motive was to work at a company where I could add value to the organization and in turn facilitate my professional growth as well as the company’s growth.
When I learnt more about what we at Fieldworker do, it was very intriguing, partnering technology with healthcare management to empower those working in the field. This saves our clients ample amounts of time and gives them the opportunity to grow as an organization, just to name a few of the benefits! It’s a mission I am proud to support.

Hi! I’m Anne and I’m a Fieldworker Account Executive. Why and how did I come to work at Fieldworker? I saw the platform and how it helped to support organizations and workers while out in the field, and I just had to be part of it!
I thought finally, a simple way to manage your organizational needs, streamline processes, automate projects and tasks with a few drop down menus and clicks. And I know how much that can have a positive impact on the way that organizations work!
What’s your favorite part of working with FieldWorker?
Anne
Working and speaking to people in all sorts of organizations. And, of course, knowing we have the solutions to resolve their problems.
Basically for me, anything to do with making a difference in people’s lives is something that I’m thrilled to support!
Sunny
My favorite part of my work is running demos for clients. When a customer who has been following traditional operational methods has the chance to see what FieldWorker has to offer and how it can simplify everything, it’s great to see them smile when they realise what a difference this will make! This is the affirmation that we are building the right thing.
What’s one thing you wish all agencies looking for a platform like FieldWorker knew?
Sunny
Technology makes your job easier. I would like agencies to be assured of the fact that bringing technology into your organization is not a tiresome process. You don’t need days or months of training while spending hundreds of dollars on equipment. Technology can be low cost and highly valuable.
FieldWorker doesn’t require any prerequisite knowledge, and it’s very intuitive and easy to use.

That we are not the same ordinary run-of-the-mill software platform! Changing software in any industry can be extremely daunting, and overwhelming, not to mention making sure the software meets your budgetary requirements too.
With Fieldworker we are very budget and user friendly, and with a few simple clicks you are up and running.
How do you support people who aren’t so confident with computers?
Anne
That’s a simple question to answer because I’m one of them! At Fieldworker we have a hand-holding process that supports you throughout your entire transition to our platform, whether from other software or from a paper-based system.
In addition, our software is intuitive just as it is user friendly. There are easy-to-read tutorials and videos to follow that walk you through each functionally that we offer. Then there is our online chat and support ticket functions that will connect with a Fieldworker support person if needed.
Also, there’s me, Sunny and our team! We’ll jump on a Zoom meeting and walk you though any issues or concerns you may have at any time.

The author Tolstoy said that, “The two most powerful warriors are patience and time”. This is my approach when supporting people who aren’t confident with computers!
Our support process of walking clients through the product, guiding them through the setup of their organization and guaranteeing continuous support thereafter gives them the confidence to adopt our technology and benefit from this. We’re there for them at every stage, whenever they need us!
